SACC Arizona and SWEA Professional invites you to an informal Happy Hour Speaker event to make new contacts and gain new insights.
This time we are featuring brand architect and marketing strategist Katie Coates. She has more than 20 years of experience from business development and marketing.
She will talk about building your brand as a professional and for your business.
You will learn that brands are much more than names, logos, symbols, taglines and colors. The art of “branding” requires much more than creating brand assets. It is the process of clearly identifying Who You Are, What You Do and Why It Matters for true brand differentiation.
"Branding is about the promise you make to your customers every day, with every transaction and every touchpoint. Branding is the "character" or personification of a company, and it's the essence of who you are and why it matters. Your brand resides within the hearts and minds of customers, clients, and prospects. It is the sum of their experiences and perceptions, positive and negative," says Katie Coates.
This session will help you learn and understand the critical process of ongoing brand building for every business, whether building from the ground floor or refreshing a brand. Katie will provide a quick review of the basic tenants of brand building, examine current brands discussing positive vs. negative elements, and discuss the right branding questions to help you as a business owner to think differently about your current branding strategy or positioning.
