The 20 percent pass-through deduction and you! by Robyn Young

SACC Arizona and SWEA Professional invites you to an informal Happy Hour Speaker event to make new contacts and gain new insights.

This time we will get an understanding of the new rules for business deductions from CPA Robyn Young. 

She will go through Section 199A and talk about deductions, what income qualifies or not, phase out tests and tips to maximize your deduction.

"This new section 199A is a business deduction and falls to the individual on their individual tax returns, so pretty much any individual who has income from more than an employee position may be affected."

Robyn is a local CPA who began her career in 1996. She obtained her CPA certificate in 2000 and later the Personal Financial Specialist designation with the American Institute of CPAs. Robyn has had her own practice since 2005 and works with a spectrum of clients who are individuals, small business owners, mostly just great people, helping them find peace of mind in knowing their tax work is done with competence.
