This October we welcome speaker and entrepreneur Dwaine Canova. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and currently the CEO of Zynity, which provides a suite of cloud-based tools to equip leaders and their teams to accelerate growth in innovative, high-performance organizations.
"Executive Leadership teams need structure and discipline to be effective. Implementing the 5 Musts methodology brings structure and increased productivity for the whole organization. Participants will leave with new insights and be able to apply the methodology in their organization," he says.
His accomplishments include starting a company in 1980 with one employee and growing it to 3,000 employees in 5 countries with dozens of $billion+ companies as clients and alliance partners.
He’s also the author of 8 books focused on Executive leadership. The latest is The 5 Musts of Executive Leadership.
