This January we welcome Melissa Lamson - author, speaker, facilitator and executive coach.
She will share Global Leadership tools and techniques for how to manage individuals and teams successfully. Managers are the life blood of an organization and leaders who recognize that, understand the need for management development and learning.
For those managers working in international contexts or managing teams outsourced in global locations, a special model and method will be presented. Attendees will walk away with concrete strategies and tactics they can implement right away.
Melissa Lamson has 20+ years of experience. She uses her extensive experience with tech companies to help managers and leaders improve their skills, expand their business, and achieve real results. She has offered companies like Televerde, LinkedIn, SAP, and SpaceX the leadership tools and methods to build successful management and project teams.
Her insight has been featured in the Financial Times, The Chicago Tribune, and Fast Company. She is also a regular columnist for Inc.com. Melissa has authored several books, including #WomenAdvance and The New Global Manager: Learning to Manage Well in a Complex Business Environment.
