How to recover after a crisis by Per Ohstrom

We welcome Per Ohstrom as a our lunch speaker. He is fractional chief marketing officer with Chief Outsiders, a company that builds growth engines for small and mid-size companies.

His presentation will show how businesses can recover operationally from a crisis, and get on track with a different focus and mindset.

He will show how running and growing a business is different after a crisis and that it is possible to plan for more than recovery. "You can acceleration your business", he says.

"We will also cover how Sales and Marketing can better work together, and look at three pivoting case studies from different industries," Per Ohstrom says.

Mr Ohstrom has been a marketing leader in a range of industrial and B2B service companies. He holds a BSc from Lulea University of Technology, and an MBA from the Kellogg School.
