From Europe with Love - how Alten Group grew in the US with European talent

Welcome to a SACC Arizona Speaker event, that will give you new contacts and insights. 

We welcome Mattias Kihlman (LinkedIn), and Travis Provenzola (LinkedIn),from Alten Group as speakers. 

Mattias Kihlman is an EVP for ALTEN Group, based in Greensboro, NC, but responsible for business across the US. He joined the company in 1997 in Sweden and moved to the US subsidiary in 2000, where he has resided since. He’s been responsible for managing the growth of current and new business areas since joining.

Travis Provenzola is a Senior Director for ALTEN Group, based in Greensboro, NC, but responsible for business across the US. Travis leads ALTEN USA activity in Electric and Autonomous Vehicle, Energy, and Rail. He joined ALTEN in 2017 and has been responsible for leading the growth of current and new business areas since joining.

They will share how Alten Group - a French/Swedish engineering and technology consulting company - grew in the U.S by utilizing European talent. 

You will learn some of the challenges when a European company enters the US market, and some of the benefits of recruiting European talent to work in the US.

We will have a networking session before the presentation, and a Q&A session following the speakers.
